3D Link Bracket

This project is a 3D model of a link bracket created in SolidWorks. I made this to practice 3D modeling tools and to understand how components are represented in mechanical design.

About Project

I started the model by creating a 2D sketch of the bracket base and then using features like Extruded Boss/Base to form the main body in SolidWorks. I applied fillets and holes to match mechanical specifications. This exercise helped me understand how parametric constraints and dimensions work together to form an accurate 3D object.

The final model shows precise geometry and proper alignment of the link points. I also generated a detailed drawing view to preview the bracket from different angles, which gives a better visual idea of its structural integrity

Through this project, I learned how to control the shape of complex mechanical parts, use SolidWorks features efficiently, and pay attention to small details that make the model look correct and professional.
