This project showcases a series of sheet metal components designed for manufacturability. It features complex enclosures, fan guards, and mounting brackets, highlighting my ability to work with bend allowances, k-factors, and flat pattern exports.


About Project

Each component was modeled in SolidWorks using professional sheet metal tools. I focused on creating precise 3D geometries that can be seamlessly flattened for laser cutting and CNC folding. The previews below show the transition from the final formed state to the developed flat pattern, ensuring high accuracy for production.
